This Cabernet Shiraz blend from Majella, icons of Coonawarra, is all about bright youthful fruit. Made with little oak influence, the upfront mulberry and blackcurrant characters are supported by fine lingering tannins.

With careful cellaring, this Jacob's Creek Classic Cabernet Sauvignon has developed into a beautifully balanced and elegant red. The vibrant crimson and purple hues have mellowed slightly, while the aromas of blackcurrant and cedar spice have deepened, now joined by subtle earthy and tobacco notes. On the palate, the dark berry and cherry flavours are smoother and more integrated, with the once-tight tannins now rounded and refined. The finish remains long and satisfying. Made from a blend of Grenache, Mataro and Shiraz which have been matured under the Solero system using oak quarter casks. Grant Burge Aged Tawny is complex and nutty with a rich lengthy finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon is famous for the fine red wines it produces. Our Galil vineyards in northern Israel yielded rich, ripe Cabernet grapes during the growing season, which led to the production of truly fine wine. The wine displays a deep ruby red colour, a bouquet redolent of spicy berry aromas intermingled with oak and a full rounded body that pairs well with grilled meats and sauces.

This wine is classic Coonawarra in style with ripe berry and cassis aromas and flavours layered over fine tannins. Cabernet is the major component and backbone with Merlot adding softness and drinkability.
