Sidewood Shiraz
Tucked away nicely in the Adelaide Hills, Sidewood Estate have made an art form out of crafting some of the very best single vineyard cool-climate wines available in Australia. Owen and Cassandra Inglis purchased the boutique property in 2004 and immediately set about making their vision become a reality. Their Sidewood Shiraz displays that vision to perfection. Attention to detail is the key here which enables flavours of red cherry, currants and dark plum to shine through along with hints of cinnamon and spice. The texture is beguiling and gives promise to a wine that will age for up to a decade.
Frogmore Creek Pinot Noir

Frescobaldi Nipozzano Riserva
Made from Sangiovese, this is a wine of great personality. Dusty tannin and earthy spice are balanced with some red fruit characters and mouth-watering acid that cries out for something rich and hearty to be eaten with it.
Craggy Range Le Sol Syrah
With a name that directly translates from French as 'The Soil', the Le Sol Syrah (Shiraz) pays homage to the terroir that creates this rich and evocative wine. With the trademark Gimblett Gravels stony soil, with exhibits amazing refinement and breeding while not relinquishing body and complexity.
Antinori Peppoli Chianti Classico
This wine has an intense aroma of red berries, accompanied by hints of vanilla and chocolate. It shows great structure on the palate, and persistence of the fruit. Pèppoli is characterised by elegant and gentle tannins. Tuscany is without doubt a wine region that produces some of the most important reds in the World. It is a region full of tradition, but in continuous evolution since the introduction of international grape varietals and the use of the French barrels that became common in the seventies. Beginning in the 80's and through the 90's the new wines, the Super Tuscans, benefited the whole Tuscan region. The Antinori family has been in the wine business since Giovanni di Piero Antinori joined the Florentine Guild of Vintners in 1385 more than 26 generations ago. Throughout the company's long history it has remained family owned and operated, and today it is directed by Marchese Piero Antinori.
Tamar Ridge Pinot Noir
There is no doubting the quality of Northern Tassie Pinot. This is a fine example from the Tamar Valley has elegance, length and varietal flavours of plum and cherry balanced by a touch of oak and light astringency.
Scorpo Noirien Pinot Noir
Scorpo Noirien Pinot Noir has lovely varietal aromas - sappy, mulchy, dark cherry. Supple, long and textured. Attractive sour cherry rhubarb finish. A wonderfully structured, classically varietal Pinot.
Marchese Antinori Chianti Classico DOCG Riserva Tignanello Estate
This rounded, full-bodied wine is the result of careful selection of the best Sangiovese and Cabernet grapes grown in the Tignanello vineyard. The wine is placed in new barriques where it completes malolactic fermentation by the end of the year and is aged in barriques for about 14 months. This is followed by 12 months maturing in the bottles. A very intense ruby red in colour with purple highlights, Marchese Antinori Chianti Classico by Antinori shows aromas of great ripeness characterized by notes of such red fruit as cherries, raspberries, and red currants along with licorice and vanilla. On the palate, the roundness and firmness of the tannins give much drinking pleasure despite the wine's young age. The lingering finish and after taste add length and enjoyment.
Billy Button Sangiovese
Carpineto Rosso di Montalcino
Produced in the historic area of Montalcino (Siena) at an elevation of about 450 m above sea level. Soil: clay loam, Grapes: 100% Sangiovese. Ageing: short ageing period in barrels of medium to small dimensions. Color: Ruby red, with warm garnet reflections. Bouquet: clean and flowery with distinctive notes of violets. Flavor: full, velvety and with good structure. Serving Temperature: 18-20°C. Gastronomy: grilled meats, red meats and game.
