Ten Minutes By Tractor was the result of a the coming together of a series of journeys that began about 30 years ago. Centred around 3 vineyards that are approximately 10 minutes by tractor apart, the winery is now synonymous with terroir driven wines perfectly suited to Mornington Peninsula. Their estate Chardonnay is a wonderful modern interpretation of the variety with layers of complexity and fruit weight balanced by the ever present acid line that runs through the core of this fantastic wine.

Fine minerality and sea breeze, on the palate, the 14 months on its lees with regular stirring has created a supple wine with great depth, flavours of honey and nuts which then give way to stony complexity and a refreshing acidity on the finish.

Drawing its inspiration from the Bordelaise tradition of blending multiple compatible grape varieties; This Levantine Hill Melange Traditionnel Blanc is a complex, aromatic wine that is crafted for its ageing ability. It displays subtle fruit characters of blood orange, musk, ginger, apricot and gooseberry on the nose with well-integrated savoury oak and acidity on the palate. It has a textural silky finish. A perfect foil for Munster or similar washed-rind cheese.

A rare and truly special wine from Malaga in Spain. Vines 900 meters above sea level cling to very steep, schist slopes and produce fruit of great purity, acidity, and minerality. A delicately sweet wine, it is a wonderful and rare alternative to Sauternes.

Flor de Cana Nicaraguan rum is the world's most-awarded rum brand. Nicaragua is the world's most volcanic country, so the sugar cane that grows there possesses rich flavours like no other. The rum is unlike any other in quality. Flor de Cana extra dry white 4 year old rum is the oldest white rum available. A very crisp and flavourful, filtered aged white rum with a subtle and attractive, barrel-aged character. Finishes with a long fade of dry sugar cane and toasty vanilla.

As the vines have aged, the monopole Clos de Rougemont, from a small vineyard close to Tours, has even greater depth of flavour, and a delicious long dry finish. It is planted on pure limestone soil and vinified in barrel with a tiny proportion of new oak. A truly stellar Vouvray!

Pale gold in colour, limpid and brilliant with silver reflections. The first nose is expressive with notes of brioche and vanilla. After aeration, more floral notes (honeysuckle) appear. Well balanced in the mouth with an acidity which brings plenty of freshness. The finish is juicy and mouth-watering with notes of citrus fruits and zest. A beautiful and energetic wine. Food and wine pairings: Aperitif, white fish in sauce.

The Domaine de la Corntasse Chablis 2023 is a stunning representation of the renowned Chablis region in France. The wine boasts a pale golden hue, hinting at its youthful vitality.
