Family owned and operated, Barossa earthworks make its wines from 100% Barossa grapes, grown at small family owned vineyards. Drawing on more than 160 years of local wine knowledge, traditional winemaking methods and minimal processing are used to preserve the purity, integrity, texture and flavour of the wines. This blend expertly balances Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot characters to create a well balanced and full bodied wine. Flavours of lifted dark fruits of plum, ripe cherry, blackberry and mulberry, with hints of chocolate and vanillin from oak maturation.

Sangiovese in Australia can come in many shapes and sizes. Some of the best are made made in a lighter style like this one, with minimal oak and mouth-watering acid crunch.Medium to deep red. Dark cherry, spice and crushed leaf. Medium weight yet plush with a juicy red fruit core, velvety tannin harmony, lovely texture and mouthfeel and mouth-watering acidity on the long finish.

Running with Bulls Barossa Tempranillo is deep crimson in colour with alluring and evolving aromas. Opening with blueberries, black cherry and cocoa powder the aromas lead to hints of tobacco leaf, Sichuan pepper and rose water. Redcurrants and blueberries are prominent on the palate, with a creamy plush mid palate that finishes with fine dark chocolate tannins.
