Jacob's Creek Double Barrel Shiraz Cabernet is a finely balanced mixture of ripe dark fruits and fine texture. The Limestone Coast offers fruit of intensity with ripe dark berry flavours and outstanding freshness. Finishing in Scotch Whisky barrels has softened the tannin profile whilst adding a slight cherry, crème brûlée edge, due to the heavy toast to the barrels.

The 2014 Yalumba Y Series Tempranillo has aromas of blueberry, black cherry and fennel seed leaping from the glass. It is juicy and plush on the palate with apparent dark berries and mocha tannins. The finish is rustic and savoury. Enjoy with salt and pepper grilled lamb cutlet.

Running with Bulls Barossa Tempranillo is deep crimson in colour with alluring and evolving aromas. Opening with blueberries, black cherry and cocoa powder the aromas lead to hints of tobacco leaf, Sichuan pepper and rose water.
