This wine opens with a lively burst of blueberry notes, complemented by hints of red currants and red liquorice. A fresh, juicy, and textured palate leads to a velvety finish with delightful chocolate undertones.

Lifted red fruits and subtle dark plum, hint of white pepper and exotic spices from the oak. George Wyndham was one of the founding fathers of the Australian wine industry after planting the first commercial vineyard in 1830. Wine like this Cabernet Merlot pay tribute to George with its rich blackcurrant and cassis flavours, complemented by plum flavours and soft tannins.
