Crafted by Daniel Chaffey Hartwig and Theo Engela, this wine was fermented in a six tonne open fermenter with seven days skin contact and twice daily pump-overs. Matured in shaved, seasoned French oak hogsheads for 11 months. In the glass: Deep red.On the nose: Blackberry, plum, pepper and charcuterie lift.On the palate: Bold with a ripe mix of red and black fruit flavour, complex peppery spice, velvety texture and fine tannin drive.

Marchand & Burch Villages Rose

Made in the contemporary style, Marchand & Burch Rosé flaunts a luminescent sunstone colour with light pink tinges. The wine's bouquet exudes aromas of strawberry coulis and cream. The silky palate shows flavours of red berries and peach. The saline, chalky and savoury notes provide length as well as a fine drying balance to the wine's finish. All in all, it's a gentle wine, perfectly layered with subtle complexities to be explored. This Rose pairs very well with light pastas, seafood and goat cheese.

Aroma of Plums, ripened red berries, violets with an exotic spice lift on the nose of this Shiraz from Margaret River. The wine gives mid-palate fruit with liquorice, small red berries and a hint of dark chocolate. Balanced and elegant tannins, nicely integrated oak, gives the wine balance and structure. Balanced and elegant tannins, nicely integrated oak, gives the wine balance and structure. Ø WINEMAKING Each parcel of fruit is gently crushed and transferred into small open fermenters. Heading down boards keep the cap submerged for better skin contact. The fermenters are temperature controlled to provide optimum conditions. Gentle extraction is achieved by the draining of wine from the skins and returning back over. Wine is then transferred to temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for maturation. Stave and chip treatment with micro oxygenation for 16 months. Ø TYPICAL ANALYSIS 14.5 % Alcohol Ø FOOD MATCHING Barbecued meats, steak, chocolate, Szechuan cooking and venison.

Mount Trio Regional Moscato Non-Vintage

Palest pink with a clear hue. Moscato is a very aromatic wine! It has the distinctive and perfumed aromas of rose water and fresh blossom flowers. It has characters of 'Turkish Delight' with hints of musk and candied fruit. This is a delightful wine with loads of fresh, sweet fruit flavours. With an alcohol of less than 8%, it's light and delicately fruity with sweet pink grapefruit characters and guava fruit flavours. The residual sweetness gives this Moscato its good palate weight and the fresh acidity balances the wine beautifully and gives it its clean finish. This Moscato is definitely a wine to be enjoyed while fresh and young; once it's well chilled it's ready to enjoy!
