This Adelaide Hills Tempranillo was selected from a single vineyard in Macclesfield in the southern hills. It was handcrafted to produce a wine portraying the uniquely high elevation, red earth, crisp mornings and the warmth of autumn colours. Brooding dark fruits with ripe plums are integrated with a mild oak spice and hints of wild mint. A perfect accompaniment to a grazing platter on an mild Autumn afternoon.

Wild & Free - Natural fermention, nothing added to ferments - natural yeasts only, slow natural ferments create pure expressions of flavour from our Vineyards in the elevated mountains along the Torrens Gorge, Mt Bera Sweetly ripe and inviting, the bouquet shows dark plum, olive, game, rich floral and nutmeg aromas, leading to a beautifully weighted palate offering silky flow, backed by fine texture and polished tannins. Deep brick-red with tawny tints at the rim; the bouquet is all about licorice Or aniseed, blackberry conserve, dark chocolate, plum-pips and smoky Or toasty Or charred elements. Some vanilla Or coconut oak influences and mellow tertiary notes from aged development. It's rich and rounded, ample and even opulent on the tongue, filling the mouth with flavour which is mellow, tertiary and complex, definitely not just simple fruit.

La Linea Tempranillo has floral aromas, with notes of raspberry, mulberry and cherry, and hints of sage and rosemary. Savoury and complex yet fresh, with distinctive fine tannins, it will age for some years.

This traditional blend has distinctive varietal characters of plums, coffee and dark chocolate with hints of violet flower. It is a wine of great length with textured soft tannins.

The deep and bright plum colour of Sevenhill Inigo Merlot is owed to pampered care, patience and grooming given to this Clare Valley varietal. The captivating bouquet of this delicious wine exudes fragrances of plums and ripe raspberries. The medium-bodied palate is juicy, with a subtle mouthfeel of tannins. The finish is long, marked by flavours of spice and fruitcake on maturation. The wine can be enjoyed young with dishes like Beef Rendang, or beef and olive empanadas.
