Admired for its beautiful landscapes, landmarks and world-class wine, the Clare Valley has a lot to offer - just like this flavoursome Cabernet Merlot. This classic blend combines Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, which shows spicy and generous fruit flavours and is complemented by supple tannins. It delivers great length and generosity on the palate, and is perfect to pair with barbecued or grilled meat dishes.

New to the herd is our Premium Pinot that hails from the Adelaide Hills. Vibrant with dark cherry and hints of briar with a hint of spicy oak. The palate is poised, polished and precise with good complexity and concentration.
