Sourced from the finest vineyards of the renowned Barossa region and using traditional winemaking techniques, our wine is a classic representation of the region luscious, fresh and generously flavoured. This exquisite Shiraz has abundant aromas of concentrated plum spice with delicate pepper notes and soft, fleshy ripe red berries across the palate with smooth fine tannins to finish. A rich, classically styled, medium to full-bodied Shiraz with ample richness, a softly textured supple mouthfeel, and lifted flavours of ripe dark plum, liquorice, dark chocolate and toasty vanillin oak gliding across the palate.

Colour is deep red. The nose shows aniseed, tar, FruChocs and spicy oak. The fine palate entry has mulberry, cranberry, aniseed and liquorice flowing delicately with Rhone-like spicy, chewy, savoury tannins.
