Balliamo Nero d'Avola
Indigenous Sicilian Nero d'avola grapes are harvested in the third week in September and fermented over 3 weeks. The wine is then aged for 12 months. It is dry with a nicely structured flavour and roundness. The flavours are reminiscent of alcohol preserved cherries highlighted by lovely lingering spices.

Il Villagio Nero d'Avola
This a dark and broody Nero DAvola with lifted aromatics and plush fruit flavours. Plum, blackberry and black cherry richness with supporting milk chocolate, brown spices and garden herb complexity. The wine has a plushness of berries but finishes long and dry with savoury notes and freshness of acidity. The tannins are soft yet apparent and certainly in support to deliver both very food friendly wine and an easy one to like on its own.
Tasca Regaleali Nero d'Avola
Bright, intense ruby red in colour, Tasca Regaleali Nero d'Avola is full flavoured with notes of sour cherry, mulberry, blueberry and vanilla. Herbaceous spice such as sage add further complexity leading into a beautifully balanced red wine.
Sallier de la Tour Nero d'Avola
This classic nero d'avola is produced from low yielding vines in the Monreale area of northernSicily. The delicious, juicy character of the wine is preserved by ageing only 30% of the wine in2nd and 3rd use French oak, while the other 70% remains in stainless steel.The finished wine displays elegant spicy black and red fruit, with licorice notes and a mochaovertone.

Bright, intense ruby red, Tasca Lamuri Nero d'Avola displays rich aromas of cherry, blackberry and mulberry. Vanilla bean, tobacco and aromatic herbs on the palate lead into dark forest fruits and oak adding a beautifully balanced flavour. Good structure and pleasantly fruity with red and black berries.
