Barokes Cabernet Shiraz Bin 121 displays red and crimson colours. A rich mouth feel is provided by the shiraz, with a firm finish of the cabernet. There are ripe aromas on the nose with a subtle hint of oak.

All cassis, coffee & mint; just gorgeous juicy fruit on a sturdy spine.

The wine is deep purple in colour and the nose exhibits dark plums and warms spices. The palate is an explosion of brambly fruits and fiine cedar-like oak nicely wrapped in a slinky tannin structure.

The wine cabernet is filled with cedary savour and rich, ripe forest berries, cassis and blueberry. It’s beautifully balanced and partners with roast lamb and rosemary.
