This limited release Shiraz shows a deep red hue. Extremely ripe fragrances of dark cherry, blackberry and blueberry flow off the vibrant nose, followed by scents of coconut, mocha and chocolate. The rich palate mirrors these characters, and enhanced by silky tannins as well zingy acidity, ends in a persistent finish. This wine can either be consumed immediately upon release, or cellared for 5 to 10 years.

Greenock Creek Jaensch Block Shiraz The two parcels are blended to produce a deeply coloured, powerful wine with great ‘flavour drive’ down the palate. The parcel from the lower section produces flavours more in the blue fruit flavour spectrum with silky tannin and gamey/meaty undertones. The structure of wine from the upper section is more intense and savoury spiced. Greenock is a long standing subregion in the Barossa Valley known for rich, silken, dark-fruited wines. Elegant and medium bodied, Indigene by Spinifex is a Shiraz Mataro blend typically displaying ripe red and black complemented by forest floor and savoury undertones hinting of the Old World. The fruit is sourced from selected vineyards averaging in age between 60-100 years, providing the blend with impressive intensity and depth of flavour. Following traditional vinification, the wine is aged in seasoned French oak.

Yalumba Paradox Shiraz is an inky, crimson wine full of aromas of mixed spice and crushed black pepper, violets, fennel and hints of blueberries. The palate is like layers of velvet, with great structure showing lush red berries, olives and anise.
