A new brand for CW Wines that sources fruit from vines that are 35yrs and over. Named after the local archery club in the southern central area of the Barossa.Deep inky red. Blackberry, milk chocolate, dried herbs and vanilla. A deep core of black and purple fruit is supported by plush tannins with attractive spice and dried herb notes, supple mouthfeel, and charry oak in balance with the sweet fruit.

The Longbow Shiraz is a blend of hand-selected low yielding parcels. The wine offers generous flavours of black fruit, olive and pepper spice. Restrained oak and silky tannins ensures the palate has great depth and length for a complex finish.

John Duval rose to winemaking fame as the craftsman of the mighty Penfolds Grange, before going it alone to further forge his reputation as a maker of great Shiraz. The aim of The Entity is to produce a wine true to the region. Rich and complex it shows ripe, spicy fruit characters with a complex savoury oak influence framed by fine lingering tannins.

Fresh blackberry and boysenberry, spice, liquorice, tar and dried herbs. Medium bodied, juicy bramble fruits, crisp boysenberry acidity, salted beef, firm but fine grained drying tannin, and a long fresh meaty herb infused finish.

The Schilds are the oldest family- owned grape growers in the Barossa Valley, and they are custodians of vineyards home to some of the oldest vines in the world – up to 170 years old. Medium depth, crimson with a red rim. Rich, ripe plum and mulberry jam with a dollop of cream on a fresh scone. The juicy fruits and creamy vanilla mingle on the palate with an amazingly fine bead. Saucy and savoury, secondary characters from the older base wines add to the complexity with suede-like tannins and balanced sweetness rounding off the finish.

Flavour Intense with blackberry, asphalt, mint and saltbush flavour. Palate It's not a fresh style but it's cakey and dense. You don't have a conversation with it; it lectures you. Raspberry and fennel root notes lift out of the wine given time to breathe; a much-needed glimmer.
