Peter Lehmann was the fifth generation of one of Barossa's pioneering families and is regarded as a legend of Australian wine. The winery is rated as a 5 star winery by James Halliday and the wines consistently demonstrate the diversity of the Barossa Valley region. The 8 Songs Shiraz is deep red in colour with a black core and a bouquet of charcoal chocolate notes with dark plum and mocha, finishing with soft velvety tannins and rich opulent fruit on the palate. Deep red in colour, The Brunette opens up with aromas of aniseed and spicy oak. Expect a palate full of red berries backed up by aniseed and liquorice. 'From a single vineyard in the Moppa district, a striking shiraz with deep, bright purple-red colour and youthful, undeveloped cherry aromas. Lyndoch Shiraz was fermented on skins in small open top fermenters with gentle plunging and irrigation for 5-10 days to make a powerful, full bodied and opulent wine with vibrance and purity. The palate has dark red fruits, is round, soft with seductive oak and silky tannins. Delicious now however you will be rewarded with medium to long-term cellaring. Enjoy with barbequed, roasted, grilled or slow cooked red meats particularly beef. It also pairs perfectly with spicy Asian meat dishes.

Elegant and medium bodied, Indigene by Spinifex is a Shiraz Mataro blend typically displaying ripe red and black complemented by forest floor and savoury undertones hinting of the Old World. The fruit is sourced from selected vineyards averaging in age between 60-100 years, providing the blend with impressive intensity and depth of flavour. Following traditional vinification, the wine is aged in seasoned French oak.

Our take on the classic Barossa Shiraz, this wine has a inky purple colour with a deep red hue. Aromas of dark plum, wild berries and chocolate/coffee. Medium to full bodied the palate is rich and voluptuous, with the classic dark red fruits and smooth silky tannins. As our flagship wine, it has great capacity to age and will continue to soften and develop more secondary & tertiary characters.
