Yalumba Paradox Shiraz is an inky, crimson wine full of aromas of mixed spice and crushed black pepper, violets, fennel and hints of blueberries. The palate is like layers of velvet, with great structure showing lush red berries, olives and anise.

Rich and full-bodied, this Shiraz opens with dark chocolate, mocha and plum, lifted by sweet spice and a touch of caramel. Layers of black fruit, earth and vanilla unfold on a plush palate, with fine tannins carrying liquorice, black spice and juniper. Perfectly cellared to reveal its depth and complexity, it’s drinking superbly now with an impressively long finish.

Crimson red with purple hues, this wine bursts from the glass with aromas of blackberry tart, berry coulis, cocoa and sweet spice. The palate is rich and opulent, with intense blackberry and mulberry flavours layered with milk chocolate and baking spice. This spicy Barossa blend is based on fruit from mature Grenache vines. Ripe plum aromas jump out of the glass and the palate is rich and fruity with velvety tannins providing a lingering finish.
