Vibrant red colour with a subtle tinge of purple. Initial aromas are of delicate perfume and peppery spice typical of superior cool climate Shiraz aged in top quality French oak. The palate has a smooth velvety tannin structure, compelling firmness and tremendous depth of red fruit flavour, with dark plum, cherry and black berry characters predominant as a young wine.

Deep purple with violet hues. Alluring aromas of mulberry, blue and black berries, red plum and fresh vanilla bean are carried by nuances of crushed lavender, flowering herbs, bay leaf and black pepper. The palate is wonderfully structured, revealing intense flavours of red berry fruits, dark plum and Swiss chocolate, and finishing rich and textured, with fine-grained tannins and extraordinary length.

Grapes vinified from one of the world's oldest Grenache vineyards, planted circa 1868 at the Stonegarden Vineyard, Eden Valley. Matured in 100% fine French oak for two years and bottled unfiltered and unfined. Limited production.

This single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon comes from our Eden Valley estate in the rolling hills of Pewsey Vale. A complex wine that is well-rounded and finishes with silky, lingering tannins. The cool hills of the Eden Valley has produced a Pinot Noir of intense colour and rich flavour. The aromas of strawberry and cherry are eveident on the nose. A hint of cinnamon and clove spice also contribute to the aromatics of this wine. Layered flavours of Strawberry, Black Cherry and Plum have integrated well with clove spice to coat the mouth. The palate is soft and elegant.

Derek’s 90’s love-affair with dance parties and techno music has inspired this range of red wines. The passion morphed with his school nickname Deadly Derek to became DJ Deadly. He used to make CD for friends with his best DJ mixes and signed them Mixed by DJ Deadly. The Keyboard Rose is just another one of his creations.
