This fresh winedisplays dark forest fruits, cassis, pepper and spices, framed in bright aromatic oak.Fresh blueberries, rhubarb and dark chocolate are on show, along with a good depth of flavour, ripe and supple tannins provide a long finish.

The Rymill Coonawarra Classic Shiraz 2021 is a bold, full-bodied red wine from South Australia, crafted from 100% estate-grown, sustainably farmed Shiraz. Brimming with dark fruit, pepper, and spice, it delivers a rich palate of blackberries, chocolate, and earthy undertones wrapped in velvety tannins. Perfect with lamb, beef, or roasted vegetables, this refined Shiraz showcases the depth and character of Coonawarra’s renowned terroir.

One of the oldest and most respected wineries in the region, made by one of Australia's most revered winemakers, an iconic wine, widely regarded as one of the best shiraz in Australia and also an excellent vintage, described as one of the "finest" in it's line - this wine will also last for decades with careful cellaring. The V&A Lane wines from Wynns pay tribute to the wonderful and unique vineyards that are located around V&A Lane in central Coonawarra. This is a wonderful release from Wynns' iconic winemaker, Sue Hodder. A burst of spicy dark fruit hits the nose with ripe cherries, plums and black fruits on the palate. The richness of the fruit is held in check by fine tannins and deft use of good oak. A brilliant wine for right now or many years in the cellar.

2013 Wynns Coonawarra Estate Black Label Old Vines Shiraz. Deep purple, with a bright purple hue. Concentrated notes of dark cherry and blood plums, followed by raspberry, bay leaf and lavender. Dark and focused, filled with juicy and vibrant fruit. Blood plum and magnolia on the mid palate. Sleek, plush tannins frame bright fruit, creating a seamless, layered wine, indicative of its cool-climate home.

This Shiraz is full bodied with a smooth rich texture. The blackberry and notes of dark cherry, bay leaf and dark chocolate are nicely balanced with spicy oak characters. The lengthy palate is concentrated and mouth filling, displaying outstanding depth and intensity.

The Vitulus 20 displays a dark ruby colour, with aromas of fresh red fruits such as juicy plum and cranberry, followed by subtle touches of forest floor. The palate presents fresh red cherry and juicy plum, complemented by hints of black pepper spice. Fine-grained tannins and subtle toasted oak create a layered wine with length and persistence.
