Released from the cellar, Annie's Lane Shiraz has matured into a beautifully rounded and expressive wine. The Barrys’ vineyards along the valley’s Eastern Ranges, which sit between 480 and 500 metres above sea level...as Tom Barry explains: “You have 35 degree days but it will get well down below 10 degrees in the nights which really helps you build flavour and ripen the grapes evenly without high alcohol levels."

This Mr Mick Rosé is very close to the Tuscan style of rosé, with the alluring complexity of bright red fruits that lingers on the palate before a cleansing, dry finish with fresh acidity at the end. The Lodge Hill vineyard is a masterstroke of the Jim Barry range of wines. Adding yet another layer of complexity to this producer's arsenal, Lodge Hill (at 480m) is one of the highest vineyards in the Clare, and sends down a bath of chocolate infused blackberries with liquorice spice.
