919 Reserve 2020 Shiraz has a complex aroma of spice, plums mint and cocoa. The palate is intense, with ripe berry, dark plum and spicy pepper underpinned by smoky oak and a long and well balanced palate. Serve this with your favourite beef or lamb dish. Can be enjoyed now, or cellar for 8-10 years.

919 Durif is not for the faint-hearted. It has an intense aroma of violet, spice, mint, chocolate and mulberry leaf. The palate has lashings of flavour with berry fruits, cinnamon and nutmeg spices, and hints of tobacco over a foundation of mulberry leaf and American oak, finishing long, firm and dry. This full-bodied style goes particularly well with beef or kangaroo fillet served with a quondong or caramelised onion sauce. Surprisingly, it also goes well with pavlova with mixed berry topping. Drink now, or cellar up to 15 years. Older wine will benefit from decanting before serving. Serve at room temperature, and consumer within 3 days of opening.

Monte dei Cocci Fiano Minutolo is the result of traditional winemaking with a modern approach. The fruit is from the heart of Itria Valley in Puglia, grown at 450 metres. The Fiano Minutolo grape is highly aromatic and the wine produced displays flavours and aromas of flowers and sweet herbs with fresh yellow fruit. Highly enjoyable as an aperitive, and perfect with light dishes.

This Riverland wine has a brilliant medium ruby hue. The bouquet displays fragrant aromatics of ripe raspberries with a hint of confectionary. The palate is juicy and sweet fruited, full of ripe berry fruits with soft tannins and good length. An enticing highly aromatic release with a palate of finesse and balance and a soft juicy fruit profile. While drinking well now, the wine will comfortably cellar over the next 2 years.

A perfect pairing with grilled scallops, oysters au naturel, sashim or a crisp rocket, pear and walntu salad. No preservatives to this wine to produce a young, fresh and vibrant sparkling to be consumed in its youth

This Riverland wine has a pale salmon pink appearance with lifted aromatics of delicate strawberry and red currant nuances overlaying grapefruit citrus aromas with subtle floral and spice notes. An enticing light bodied wine with subtle berry and redcurrant flavours that finishes with a fresh grapefruit citrus core. The palate has a refreshing juicy acidity with a crunchy tannin structure that finishes clean, crisp and dry.
