Hailing from the rolling hills of the Italian island of Sicily, this ‘Indicazione Geografica Tipica’ Fiano has a straw yellow colour with fine greenish shades. It is dry and aromatic with peach and honey flavours and a subtle hint of almond blossom. On the palate it is lush and full bodied with lovely structure and mouth-watering acidity to finish.
