Monte dei Cocci Fiano Minutolo is the result of traditional winemaking with a modern approach. The fruit is from the heart of Itria Valley in Puglia, grown at 450 metres. The Fiano Minutolo grape is highly aromatic and the wine produced displays flavours and aromas of flowers and sweet herbs with fresh yellow fruit. Ella Semmler's Orchard Tempranillo is a light to medium bodied wine, bright crimson with cherry hues. The palate has flavours of juicy cherry, savoury meat and a touch of green leaf over a soft, smooth medium body, a savoury mouthwatering freshness and a crisp finish.
