Monte dei Cocci Fiano Minutolo is the result of traditional winemaking with a modern approach. The fruit is from the heart of Itria Valley in Puglia, grown at 450 metres. The Fiano Minutolo grape is highly aromatic and the wine produced displays flavours and aromas of flowers and sweet herbs with fresh yellow fruit. Highly enjoyable as an aperitive, and perfect with light dishes.
Ella Semmler's Orchard Shiraz
Produced by 919 Wines, who specialise in sustainable viticulture. The Ella Semmler wines are grown on their Loxton vineyard and are certified organic.Deep and dense crimson in the glass. Violet florals over black cherry, subtle sandalwood and vanilla. Bright and sweetly fruited with dense black fruit volume, jubey acidity and milk chocolate tannins. An inky young-drinker.

This wine is made exclusively for Dan Murphy's by a 5 Star James Halliday Winery. Watervale is a sub region of the Clare Valley renowned for its dry white wines from the Riesling grape variety and this Riesling is sure delight. Pale straw with silver rim and a glossy finish. Vibrant citrus notes of lemon, lemonade and passionfruit. Hints of sherbet, lime sorbet and lime curd. A fresh and clean palate with chalky acid that gives nice structure.

Ella Semmler's Orchard Tempranillo
Ella Semmler's Orchard Tempranillo is a light to medium bodied wine, bright crimson with cherry hues. It has fresh aromas of cherry, plum and savoury chocolate, spice, blackberry leaf and lightly roasted meat. The palate has flavours of juicy cherry, savoury meat and a touch of green leaf over a soft, smooth medium body, a savoury mouthwatering freshness and a crisp finish. Drink fresh or cellar up to 2 years. Serve at room temperature, or lightly chilled in the summer, and consume within 3 days of opening.
