919 Reserve Shiraz

The 2021 Shiraz has a deep crimson colour with ruby tints. The nose has dominant vibrant berry notes of blackberry, mulberry and raspberry, with plum richness, mint and a floral hint. The palate has richness of berries and plums with a hint of chocolate. Rich tannins are well balanced with fresh acidity and chocolate, with a medium long finish.

Flavabom Fresh Picked Shiraz

The Fresh Pick Shiraz is picked two weeks earlier than our normal Shiraz. This means it has vibrant red fruits with musk aromas and ayouthful bright berry palate. We have chosen to make the Fresh Pick Shiraz as it’s a summer red wine that could even be served chilled at a barbeque. We call it Flavabom because it is an explosion of aromasand fruit in the red fruit spectrum.

Flavabom Chardonnay

This Chardonnay captivates with its vibrant energy, delivering a medley of stone fruits, zesty lime, and tropical flavours. The well-integrated oak imparts a delicate toasty nuance, balancing thelively acidity for a polished and refreshing finish.

919 919 Reserve Durif

This Durif is inky mahogany in colour with garnet and purple tints. It has aromas of violets, raspberries and blackberries, stewed plums, cherry rhubarb, white pepper, spice and a hint of mint. The palate is rich and very full, with mouth-filling texture of fine vanillin oak and powdery chocolate tannins. The flavours are well balanced with crushed berries, cherries, chocolate, liquorice and spice, mint and jube and a fresh acidity.

Kãti Ãllo Vermentino

Winner of the “best sustainable wine in show’ this 95-point Vermentino shines with its bright, pale straw hue and lively aromas of lemon zest, green pear, and a hint of apricot. On the palate, it delivers a refreshing minerality and vibrant acidity, balanced by a soft texture that carries the fruit forward. The crisp lemon notes merge beautifully with the ripeness of pear and a delicate apricot finish, creating a wine that is effortlessly enjoyable.

Kãti Ãllo Albarino

Our Albariño greets the senses with a captivating nose of ripe pineapple, honeydew melon, and a delicate hint of coastal salinity. On the palate, its bright acidity and mouthwatering minerality bring a refreshing balance to the juicy tropical and melon flavors. The finish is crisp and lingering, leaving a subtle, ocean-kissed essence that perfectly complements its vibrant fruit profile. A refreshing, distinctive expression of Albariño that speaks of its Riverland terroir.

Single Vineyard Clare Valley Fiano

This aromatic, medium-bodied wine features zesty lime, fresh rock melon, and green apple flavors. These elements combine seamlessly with natural acidity, leading to a clean and savory finish. Fiano, a grape variety increasingly recognized in Australia, stands out for its compelling texture, varietal expression, and aromatic complexity.
