The 2021 Shiraz has a deep crimson colour with ruby tints. The nose has dominant vibrant berry notes of blackberry, mulberry and raspberry, with plum richness, mint and a floral hint. The palate has richness of berries and plums with a hint of chocolate. Rich tannins are well balanced with fresh acidity and chocolate, with a medium long finish.

The Fresh Pick Shiraz is picked two weeks earlier than our normal Shiraz. This means it has vibrant red fruits with musk aromas and ayouthful bright berry palate. We have chosen to make the Fresh Pick Shiraz as it’s a summer red wine that could even be served chilled at a barbeque. We call it Flavabom because it is an explosion of aromasand fruit in the red fruit spectrum.

The palate is rich and very full, with mouth-filling texture of fine vanillin oak and powdery chocolate tannins. The flavours are well balanced with crushed berries, cherries, chocolate, liquorice and spice, mint and jube and a fresh acidity.
