Made exclusively with free run juice, Barringwood Chardonnay was naturally fermented in French oak barrels for 8 months. These lees stirred wine was then subjected to partial malolactic fermentation for enhancing its textural complexity. The resultant wine shows a pale yellow colour. The bouquet exudes aromas of grapefruit and pineapple. The palate displays texture, complexity and length, and is filled with citrus and mineral characters.
