This Madfish Sauvignon Blanc Semillon has alluring aromas of guava, nashi pear, citrus zest with a hint of white floral on the nose. Palate:Medium bodied and vibrant palate sums up this wonderful expression of Wilyabrup Cabernet. The palate is fresh and full of vibrant mulberry, cassis and black cherry flavours. Mature, ripe and fresh tannin drives the flavour to a long and persistent finish. Viticulture This Cabernet Sauvignon was grown in the Wilyabrup sub region of Margaret River. The canopy management is a vertical shoot position trellis with a north south facing aspect. The clonal selection is the popular Houghton selection Cabernet Sauvignon. Soil types are typically sandy loam over free draining lateritic sub soils. 2021 is typified by a cool and mild growing season which has culminated in wines of delicacy and poise. Winemaking The fruit was picked on the 11th April showing excellent flavours and tannin maturity. Lightly crushed fruit was then placed to a static fermenter for a further 13 days of fermentation with daily pump overs to ensure a moderate fermentation temperature and extraction of tannin. Once the desirable amount of flavour and tannin was evident the wine was pressed before being matured in seasoned French oak for a following 9 months before bottling. Pure Margaret River Cabernet ripe redcurrant with a touch of cassis and mulberry overlaid by leafy, violet aromas and dusty cedar notes. The wine has remarkable mid-palate fruit flavour and richness while still showing the freshness, fineness and acidity for which Margaret River Cabernet is renowned.

A classic and unhindered expression of Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon, sculpted tannins and lifted red berry perfumes. A paragon of personality, purpose and approachability for those who enjoy soft tannins, succulent red fruits and simply love wine. Aromas of cassis, red cherries and bright red fruit underpinned by a seamless palate of raspberries, plum skin, bright red fruits and silky, textured tannin on the finish.Glazed cherries, liquorice, currants and violets descend into a bold palate of rich tannin and layers of red, blue and black fruit flavours. A tensile core of fine tannin provides structure and persistance to an otherwise voluptous palate.

Redolent in ripe cassis and dark chocolate aromas, the palate is long and structured with perfect poise and balance.

Cape Mentelle Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is delicate yet full, the palate is distinctively lemon and lime with subtle star anise, lemongrass and clove. Richness and weight are balanced with fresh acidity, giving direction and finesse.

This wine is largely sourced from a single block of vines planted with Tempranillo, Shiraz and Merlot. With aromas of ripe, fresh summer fruit berries with a hint of lifted violet notes, this is a dry Rosé with balanced acidity. A medium-bodied wine displaying raspberry and strawberry fruit flavours on the palate with a satisfying persistent finish.

Pungent, fresh aromas that Sauvignon Blanc from Margaret River is renowned for aromas of gooseberry, lime zest and grass overlaid by freshly cut passionfruit. A juicy, succulent wine that fills the palate with flavour on entry with a long, zippy citric finish.
