"Sourced from several premium sites in Margaret River, this was a once in a 25-year vintage," say the team at Xanadu. The wine was maturated for 14 months in 20 percent French oak barrels creating a generously vibrant, full-bodied wine with juicy blackcurrant, cassis and dark chocolate flavours, interwoven with hints of spicy oak. "We’re proud to have collaborated with Vintage Cellars on this wine, which is distinctly Xanadu, with some funky new clothes on!" The vintage was sourced from select parcels of fruit that was primarily Xanadu Estate grown on our Boodjidup vineyard. An approachable everyday Cabernet – bright, juicy, and youthful with concentrated fruit, fresh tannins and crunchy acidity.

Deep red with ruby hues. The wine exhibits vibrant, characteristic aromas of ripe blackcurrants, blueberries, and dark plums meshed with hints of bay and liquorice and subtle spicy, toasty oak. The generous palate is packed full of juicy fruits of the forest, cassis and chocolate characters. Medium to full-bodied, the fleshy fruits are supported by moreish, supple and ripe tannins. A balanced wine, with a persistent fruit finish with beautiful regional savoury inflections of bay, black olive and liquorice.

Cape Mentelle Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is delicate yet full, the palate is distinctively lemon and lime with subtle star anise, lemongrass and clove. Richness and weight are balanced with fresh acidity, giving direction and finesse.

Forester Estate Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a clean, fruit driven wine style showing herbaceous, citrus and lifted floral characters distinct to Margaret River. Those fruit characters are expertly meshed with a long, pristine and lip-smacking acidity that draws out the length of flavour wonderfully. Drink now with good company!

This wine has an elegant bouquet with red and dark berry fruits surrounded by supple tannins and neatly integrated oak.

Since 1992, Madfish have been producing an exciting range of contemporary, cool climate wines inspired by the wild, coastal and pure characterises of Australia's South West. The wines are made by the dedicated team led by chief winemaker Janice McDonald. Black and blue berries, red currants, plum compote and roasted chestnuts mingle with coffee, cocoa and hallmark Cabernet minty earthiness to create a quite beautiful wine.

Margaret River is an under appreciated region for Australian Shiraz, and it's hard to see why with Cape Mentelle's Shiraz showing a vibrant core of blueberry, mulberry and hints of raspberry. It is well balanced with cocoa and savoury oak. The palate yet, is fine, elegant and focussed, finishing with chalky and structural tannins.
