The wine has remarkable mid-palate fruit flavour and richness while still showing the freshness, fineness and acidity for which Margaret River Cabernet is renowned.

This is a complex, compelling wine with dark plums and ripe anise-like spice on the nose, silky tannins and understated oak nicely completing this moreish Shiraz.

Redolent in ripe cassis and dark chocolate aromas, the palate is long and structured with perfect poise and balance.

Forester Estate Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a clean, fruit driven wine style showing herbaceous, citrus and lifted floral characters distinct to Margaret River. Those fruit characters are expertly meshed with a long, pristine and lip-smacking acidity that draws out the length of flavour wonderfully. Drink now with good company!

This Blanc is a crisp straw colour, offering a romantic glow through it when held up to the sunshine or a dinner-time candle. The blend is made with majority Sauvignon Blanc grapes plus a handful of Chenin Blanc. The result is a classic dry white, with enough sweetness to give your taste buds something to dance around. The fruit comes from our Quindalup vineyard and is simply made in a stainless steel tank for freshness.

A deep crimson red which opens with the classical Margaret River nose...fresh varietal notes of bright berried fruits, briar and sea spray, followed by wafts of chocolate and mocha with subtle spiced oak aromas. A medium to full bodied palate shows cassis and Satsuma plum characteristics, leading into the sweet mid-palate depth of chocolate and mocha, finishing with defined talents. The wine is elegant and shows great length of flavour and well-structured palate line. LEEUWIN ESTATE Prelude Cabernet Sauvignon, Margaret River

This aromatic white blend is a fusion of 92% Sauvignon Blanc grapes with 8% Semillon grapes. These fruit parcels were harvested in the cool of the night and then cold pressed. The juice obtained was fermented in stainless steel before bottling. The resulting blend displays a pale green colour. The lifted bouquet exudes fresh aromas of guava, with hints of Semillon grapes evident in the background. The medium-bodied palate initially presents flint dry and racy fruit flavours, balanced by crisp acidity. The finale is excellent and lingering. Made for consumption upon release, this enticing white wine has the potential to be cellared for 2 to 3 years from vintage. Swings & Roundabouts Sauvignon Blanc Semillon goes well with poached salmon, Rottnest King George whiting or goat cheese.
