A deep crimson red which opens with the classical Margaret River nose...fresh varietal notes of bright berried fruits, briar and sea spray, followed by wafts of chocolate and mocha with subtle spiced oak aromas. A medium to full bodied palate shows cassis and Satsuma plum characteristics, leading into the sweet mid-palate depth of chocolate and mocha, finishing with defined talents. The wine is elegant and shows great length of flavour and well-structured palate line. 'Pure and fragrant, expect a nose layered with cassis, blackcurrant, leaf and dusty spice rack spices, while in your mouth it's pure, beautifully structured, fine and dry. A relative newcomer to Margaret River, Flametree have already hit several home runs. This wine is another hit, with a fresh mix of citrus and stonefruits, zingy acidity and clean finish.

This Blanc is a crisp straw colour, offering a romantic glow through it when held up to the sunshine or a dinner-time candle. The blend is made with majority Sauvignon Blanc grapes plus a handful of Chenin Blanc. The result is a classic dry white, with enough sweetness to give your taste buds something to dance around. The fruit comes from our Quindalup vineyard and is simply made in a stainless steel tank for freshness.

Since 1992, Madfish have been producing an exciting range of contemporary, cool climate wines inspired by the wild, coastal and pure characterises of Australia's South West. The wines are made by the dedicated team led by chief winemaker Janice McDonald. Black and blue berries, red currants, plum compote and roasted chestnuts mingle with coffee, cocoa and hallmark Cabernet minty earthiness to create a quite beautiful wine.

An "unmissable" regional expression with plum, cassis, mint, and spice wrapped around a beautiful tannic structure and lively acidity.

The MadFish range by traditional Margaret River producer, Howard Park, is one of great value and regionality. This Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blend is a Western Australian staple with gooseberry flavours along with real citrus zest lift and a cleansing back palate. But it is the complexity in this wine that is truly remarkable and something that isn't often seen in this blend.

Margaret River is an under appreciated region for Australian Shiraz, and it's hard to see why with Cape Mentelle's Shiraz showing a vibrant core of blueberry, mulberry and hints of raspberry. It is well balanced with cocoa and savoury oak. The palate yet, is fine, elegant and focussed, finishing with chalky and structural tannins.

Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are sourced from several select vineyard sites located in the Wilyabrup sub region and north to Wildwood Rd in an endeavour to capture ripe fruit flavours, supple tannins and the distinctive perfume of Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon. A deep and inviting black cherry colour with floral notes of violets and fruity, doughy aromas of just baked blackberry muffins. The palate is soft, inviting, and full of free range forest fruits, vanilla, cocoa and loads of supple, fine tannin. Such a pleasure to drink now but with ample ripe tannin structure to allow for aging up to 5 years.
