The grapes for this lipsmacking wine are grown in Orange, 950 metres above sea level. This crisp, cold, but sunny climate is the perfect place to grow Riesling. Low temperatures retain varietal vibrancy and minerality while the sunshine drives the production of rich tropical fruit, resulting in a wine of immense flavour and character.

There’s bundles of flavour in this classy Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvédre. A special blend that offers soft layers of fruit, and rich and velvety charm – The Black Pig delivers again!

Forester Estate is owned by Vignerons Kevin and Jenny McKay. It’s situated in Yallingup, in the northern Margaret River region. Greedy Bird Moscato is a lighter bodied wine with rich, fresh summer fruits and grape flavours on the palate, with a sweet muscaty characteristic to it. A gentle spritz gives the palate a lively finish.

Once fermented, a tirage is added, and a second fermentation takes place in a pressurized tank. Bubbles are naturally formed and captured to produce a fine sparkling wine.
