Torbreck The Steading is a decadent blend of three traditional Barossa varieties. Grenache and Mataro from old bush vines provide wonderful richness and fruit flavours with only free run Shiraz used to allow the Grenache to shine through.

BY.OTT is a refined and elegant wine for any Rosé enthusiast. The blends originate from select vineyards in Côtes de Provence that have been chosen to ensure that the wine is characterized by fruit and freshness, with added finesse and complexity.

In the 1930s, Marcel Ott was attracted to a very old property near the coastline and the intense blue of the Mediterranean. Overlooking the sea, Clos Mireille is in Londe les Maures close to Brégançon.

The bouquet is of savoury dried herbs formed around a core of red cherry fruit with a hint of honey, quite lifted with some earthy notes which move in and out of the bouquet. The palate is perfectly balanced, it speaks of red cherry and anise - ripe and textural with just a hint of tannin, leaving you with a satisfying sensation of refreshing summer fruit infused with spices and herbs. A wine to be enjoyed year round, not just in summer.

Alain Pascal is the man mountain behind the Domaine du Gros'Noré - a man big is stature, and big in character. These traits are refelcted in his terroir specific wines of the Bandol sub-region in Provence; muscular and complex, yet soft, supple and thoroughly engaging. The Rosé is crisp and dry with that trademark texture and length of palate the domaine is famous for.

Temple Bruer Preservative Free Rose has loads of yummy cherry and pineapple flavours and a nice dry finish. Goes really well with sweet chilli dishes or Asian food.

A semi-dry wine with a soft pink colour and character which makes it outstandingly attractive from the rest of the wines of our choice. Taste and aromas of the wild strawberries, caramel and honey.

Opens with a burst of intense red fruits: raspberry, strawberry and redcurrant, supported by a touch of pepper. The palate confirms the nose finishing in a lovely dry fruitiness.

As our objective is to obtain the best quality grapes and wines, we have created relationships with the local grape growers, committed beside Caves desclans, whose vineyards are treated with the same high standards of quality as are the vineyards of Château desclans.
