James Busby Shiraz
Deep ruby red with a lovely youthful violet hue. A fragrant nose of fresh blueberries, a little vanillin, mixed spice, cedar and a floral hint of perfumed violets. Approachable, graceful palate of mulberry and blueberry compote. Up front, juicy flesh of plum with underlying notes of chocolate coated coffee beans, mint, black pepper, and a hint of earthy truffles. A solid backbone of supporting acidity extends these characters towards the finish.
Collaborations Shiraz by d'Arenberg
Good winter rains set the vines up well for the ensuing dry, warm growing season. The ripening period was characterised again by warm, dry condition without excessive heat which gifted us rich, opulent reds with well-balanced structure. The moderate weather allowed us to harvest fruit at optimal ripeness. The Shiraz in particular demonstrates rafts of blackberry, fennel and earthy characters, typical hallmarks of a classic d’Arenberg red. Produced in close partnership with some of Australia's finest vineyards, Collaborations is our new capsule range of five wines. After over a year of tasting and scoring, we arrived at our core collection of wines: a Brown Brothers prosecco, a Mr Riggs shiraz, a Yering Station chardonnay, a Pizzini pinot grigio and a Xanadu cabernet sauvignon. Parous Stonehouse Shiraz
There's nothing you won't adore about this beauty. All the juicy, chocolate notes of McLaren Vale shiraz, with a bit of rum n' raisin spiciness bringing some real game. An old school style from a mordern McLaren Vale winemaker. Made by the grape master Matt Head (who you might also know from the cult favourite Big Easy Radio) whose creative and level-headed approach to life results in wines with spirit and soul. This parcel has been safeguarded under the Parous label, just waiting for its time and loving home to go to. It must be your lucky day mofo, because they've found it with you. It's powerful, but not overwhelming; the perfect choice to keep you entertained from weeknights to the weekend.
Hedonist Moonvine Shiraz
Utterly seamless. Raspberry, red plum and gentle spice roll over the palate, wrapped in silky tannins and a savoury edge that lingers. It’s big and structured yet nuanced, with texture and tannin in all the right places. This is McLaren Vale shiraz at its most expressive, and so full of life. An absolute cracker. Grown on certified organic and biodynamic vines in the foothills of Willunga, this 2021 Moonvine Shiraz is a wine of purity, balance, and quiet confidence. A cooler, wetter season gave the vines exactly what they needed, producing fruit with beautiful natural acidity and depth of flavour. The winemaking was fairly hands-off and gentle - as it tends to be in brilliant years like 2021 - open-top ferments, wild malolactic, and 12 months in seasoned French oak. No fining, no fluff, just honest winemaking from a great vintage. The result? A marvellously moreish McLaren Vale banger!
Richard Hamilton Little Road Shiraz
This is definitive McLaren Vale Shiraz rich and generous in flavour with vibrant pepper and spice on the nose and a typically strong hint of dark chocolate.Little Road is estate-grown by a leading McLaren Vale (and Coonawarra) producer and made by veteran, Jimmy Watson Trophy-winning winemaker Paul Gordon, who matured it for 16 months in mainly French (with some American) oak.
OR Shingleback Red Knot Shiraz
The Red Knot Shiraz has truly come into its own, confirming its place among Australia’s all-time best value wines. The rich blackberry core has softened beautifully, now woven with layers of mellow red fruits, stewed plum, and gently integrated spice. Time has brought out even more complexity – the aniseed notes are deeper, the texture silkier, and the finish longer. A mature, expressive Shiraz that rewards the wait – and still a delight for lovers of the style.
Paxton MV Shiraz

Shingleback Red Knot Classifiied GSM
Cherry red. Enticing primary aromas of ripe strawberries, cherries and roses are highlighted with hints of earthy chocolate. Bright summer berries fill the lively, medium weight palate. The luscious Grenache is complemented and structurally enhanced by the darker berry flavours and ripe tannins of the Shiraz and Mourvèdre, offering immediate appeal, whilst with age the wine will develop an attractive, savoury complexity.
