Sourced from deep rooted old vines and aged in French Oak for 18 months, this is a fine Mclaren Vale Shiraz. With aromas of plums, blueberries and spices and generous on the palate, it finished with subltle pepper overtones and an impression as big as it's namesake.

The Nosey Parker simply delivers in spades. Swathes of sweetly spiced blackberry woven with pencil shaving oak, backed up by a rich, powerfully long palate. The Nosey is a very versatile wine in that it is perfectly suited to be enjoyed on its own or is equally at home when paired with rich and flavoursome cuisine.

A lively, rich McLaren Vale Shiraz, Ulithorne Familia shows all the hallmarks of style and driving acidity for that region. Plum, fresh cherries, a lick of pepper and cedar spice make this a classic Shiraz to share with friends and family.

d'Arenberg The Footbolt Shiraz is a firm favourite with many McLaren Vale Shiraz lovers and for good reason. This is another great example of the rich, full-bodied style with aromas of ripe blackberry and spice that mingle with minty peppery notes. The palate is full-flavoured, supple in texture with a velvety finish.

Cape Barren Native Goose Shiraz, a complex array of ripe black fruits, spiced poached plum, and chocolate, intertwined with very high quality French oak nuances. A distinguished wine showing full body and rich texture. The highlights are layered forest red fruits and dark chocolate, textured with swirls of five-spice characters.

Shingleback Red Knot Shiraz has beautiful layers of dark fruits and soft earthy chocolate aromas on the nose. The Subtle savoury oak and chewy fruit tannins gives a nice structure to the wine. This will be a rewarding wine with careful cellaring, ensuring longevity.

Ben Riggs has hand-crafted a delicious Shiraz Cabernet Merlot blend here that pays homage to the three-spiked prickle that can be found in the McLaren Vale region and the fact that it's hard to ignore. This unctuous red blend is also extremely hard to ignore with its seamless varietal integration that produces a wine full of richness and opulence. Ripe, dark berry fruits courtesy of Merlot along with spice elements from the Shiraz and a firm, but balanced structure from the Cabernet all come together superbly.

Church Block first appeared back in 1972 under the watchful eye of Greg Trott and was taken by one of the original vineyards that ran alongside the small Bethany Church, across the road from Wirra Wirra's old ironstone cellars. Over the last 4 decades, it has become one of Australia's favourites. The 2005 Church Block is showing just what a little patience can do. After six years, the velvet texture is the dominant feature with integrated tannin taking a backseat.
