A fresh, lively palate of green apple and lemon with hints of toasted biscuit. Pinot Noir (67%) and Chardonnay (33%) sourced from the Josef Chromy's estate vineyard at Relbia in northern Tasmania. In keeping with the Australian cool climate style of Riesling, the Murrumbateman Riesling is a particularly dry and refreshing wine. Flavours of lemon and citrus are complimented by notes of green apple. Murrumbateman Riesling is clean and fresh on the palate. Very refreshing to taste.

Toolangi is a state forest just outside Healesville that was devastated during Black Saturday. The excellent vineyards remain, and continue to produce wines of personality and place. The Chardonnay combines varietal characters of quince and crab apple with some delicious nutty oak nuances. Its great value.

Flametree are nestled in the picturesque Margaret River wine region where they continue to be surrounded by a buzz and excitement centred on the quality wine they are producing. Attention to detail is paramount in the winery where careful site, clonal and oak selections are made to produce exceptional Chardonnay's like this one. Characters of dried pears, grapefruit, melon and fig are balanced with searing acidity and a length of flavour that speaks to its promising future.

Frogmore Creek is a superb cool-climate Chardonnay from Tasmania that shows stonefruit and citrus varietal aromas which are enhanced by quality oak. The palate is beautifully structured with tight natural acidity. A very complex and subtle style.
