A fusion of preserved figs, black plum, blackberry and black liquorice flirts with an aromatic elution of fish oil, anchovy, soy and sesame/nori. Nascent scents of toasted charred meats (rotisserie rib of beef), rendered fat/marrow... The Cleanskins CR01 Shiraz is a soft, voluptuous and well rounded Shiraz with its ripe fruit aromas and fine tannins that leave a soft, smooth finish on the palate.

Chancellor & Co Shiraz is a wonderful example of flavourome, rich and ripe Shiraz at a great and affordable price. Nice flavours of red cherry with a lick of black pepper all rounded off with a soft, mellow finish.

The Houghton story goes back as far as 1836 and since those early beginnings, they have been responsible for some of the finest wines made in this country.
