Morris Liqueur Tokay is a distinctive wine from the Rutherglen district, and is highly regarded as one of Australia's unique styles of fortified wine. Made from the Muscadelle grape this wine has a clean scented aroma showing great depth of malty character. The palate is complex, intense and luscious yet still fresh with the toffee character associated with the style.

Since 1921 Buller have been producing fortified wines of opulence and concentration using the traditional solera method. This Fine Old Tawny shows all the characteristics of a quality oak regime; a deep mahogany colour, wonderful spicy, complex flavours and delicate dry finish. The art lies in the blending of very old and much younger vintages, to impart intense, concentrated and luscious flavours with aged complexity, complemented by fresh fruit characters from younger wines. The 2019 release has been crafted in celebration of our 160th anniversary, released in strictly limited quantities of exactly 160 cases.

Five times Gold medal winner, Morris Old Premium Rare Liqueur Topaque is one of the best wines produced from Muscadelle grapes. The wine has an opaque sienna brown-black colour with olive green hues. It's wonderfully deep on the bouquet, exhibiting honey and butterscotch aromas with a nutty edge. A rich concentration of Muscat, caramel and burnt citrus flavours can be sensed on its palate, with a smooth and silky tannin structure. All in all, it's a perfect Topaque for all occasions and tastes best with cakes and cream.

The acclaimed Morris Old Premium Rare Liqueur Muscat has won numerous gold medals and trophies. Flaunting a dark brown colour with a green-yellow rim, this Rutherglen treat emanates spice, plum pudding and raisin aromas from the nose. It's a rich and viscous Rare Liqueur Muscat with a mesmerising palate density that lingers on and on. The finish is powerful and sustained. Though this wine is a treat in itself, it pairs extremely well with cheese platters and desserts.

Buller have been producers of some of Rutherglen's most opulent and concentration fortified wines since 1921. Their Fine Old Tokay is a delicious example with a myriad of flavours that include caramel, toffee, Christmas cake and golden syrup. With access to many years of reserve stock, it is remarkable that Buller can make wines of such pedigree and flavour for such a brilliant price.

Fresh and dry, average of five to eight years. Doesn't exhibit all the typical Flor characteristics, but carries great length, and quite a refreshing finish.
