The 2021 vintage was marked by low yields, ensuring that the crop was harvested at optimal ripeness and in ideal condition. Although bird pressure was high and unpredictable rainfall during the growing season and throughout harvest presented challenges, the artisanal nature of our wines prevailed. Wines of excellent balance and fruit purity, a vintage similar to 2003 in style. Best varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. A clean introduction of citrus blossom and white flowers wraps the palate, followed by vibrant notes of mandarins and pink grapefruits. The transitions to a textural mid-palate with flavors of pink lady apples and Bosc pear, culminating in a crisp finish marked by a clean minerality. The creamy nettle lingers, showcasing the wine's multilayered complexity and the balance of its phenolics.

The 2020 vintage offers a complex nose of blackcurrants, boxwood, and subtle hints of tarragon, followed by lemon and exotic fruits all underpinned by minerality. The palate is tangy and fresh with a lovely richness echoing the fruit flavors found on the nose. Very elegant with a long, complex finish.
