Established in 2005, Kilchoman (pronounced Kilhoman) is one of the smallest distilleries in Scotland. Based on a farm on the rugged west coast of Islay, Kilchoman is the first distillery to be built on the Island for 125 years. Matured in a combination of both Bourbon and Sherry casks, Kilchoman Machir Bay is a well-balanced combination of rich tropical fruit, peat smoke, light vanilla and intense sweetness.

The Kilchoman Sanaig Single Islay Malt Scotch Whisky presents soft cooked fruits with caramel and vanilla on the nose along with toffee, peat smoke and a lingering sweetness on the palate. The finish is a lovely balance of peat smoke, fruit and sweetness.

Matured in American White Oak ex-Bourbon Barrels with an Aged Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish, Jura 12 YO Single Malt is a rich and rounded balance of subtle smoky notes with a sweet sherry cask finish.

Fresh, sweetly fruity and smooth-bodied, Caol Ila 12 YO Single Malt Scotch Whisky delicately balances a range of tastes. The clean, appetising nose shows subtle citrus fruit with just a puff of smoke. Firm and smooth, it begins sweetly then yields a fragrant smokiness and a sweet-smoky, lingering finish.

Since inception in 1881, Bunnahabhain has been producing an Islay malt a little different from most. By not heavily peating their malted barley, the resulting whisky is a clean, pure and distinctive malt. To create this truly unique whisky, we selectively sourced rare malted rye and the finest malted barley from progressive malt houses, paired them with virgin American oak casks air-dried for 36 months and let it all mature in the maritime air of coastal Sydney. Our preference for malted rye over the far more commonly used unmalted rye affords this whisky a point of distinction evident upon the very first sip. This layered, aromatic spirit offers notes of spiced custard, ginger, stone fruit and baked apple pie with a fresh herbal finish that lingers on the palate.
