No. 8 showcases the zesty citrus flavour of South Australias very own organic Riverland oranges. This botanical gin is soft and smooth on the palette. The citrus notes are complemented by the distinct flavour of star anise and coriander seed. Enjoy with a quality, floral tonic water and a slice or two of dehydrated organic orange.

Family owned Distillery located in Spring Bay Tasmania. Botanicals: 11 including 3 local botanicals (Native Bush Pepper, Lemon Myrtle, Tasmanian Wattleseed). Botanicals are steeped for 24 to 48 hours then additional Juniper and Liquorice Root are vapour infused in the neck of our copper pot still to give a traditional Juniper flavour at the front of the palate through to a sweet liquorice finish. This gin is triple distilled giving the spirit an ultra-smooth flavour despite the higher than normal ABV. Nose: Immediate sweet floral notes of juniper, liquorice and spice. Palate: From a bright and sweet juniper opening, the flavours build across the palate to include perfumed floral notes, bright citrus and a crescendo culminating in a big, warm and comforting glow of star anise and liquorice root. Finish: A round smooth mouthfeel from this oily spirit gives way to a fine clean finish of liquorice and spice.

Sitting at the traditional Sloe Gin strength of 26% alcohol, Ink Sloe & Berry is a lower-alcohol option for those who want to drink less and enjoy more, and is perfect for sipping on the rocks. Starting with our gin base, its distilled with juniper berry, coriander, angelica and liquorice root. Sloe berry mingles with Davidson plum, both fruits giving the gin a tart flavour base. This tartness is balanced by an explosion of berries, cherries and jaboticaba, otherwise known as the Brazilian grape tree. And it wouldnt be Ink Gin if it didnt star a vibrant floral infusion. The final ingredient is native Australian rosella flowers. The rosella flower, a hibiscus found in the tropical northern parts of Australia, is vibrant in colour and has a crisp, tart flavour. Pale salmon in colour and made with 10 botanicals, this gin is dry and refreshing with subtle juniper, bright citrus flavours and balanced spices. The addition of the rosé wine gives it a delightful hint of lifted strawberry on the finish. The botanicals comprise juniper berries, citrus peels, lavender blossoms, coriander seeds, angelica seeds, rosemary, cardamom, fennel, peppermint and laurel leaf.

Forty Spotted Rare Tasmanian Gin is hand distilled in small copper pot stills using the steeping method of Gin production and use of traditional botanicals of juniper berry, coriander and lemon peel creating a traditional London Dry style, but incorporating something a little bit special to give this Gin a unique finish.

Distilled in Melbourne. Brogans Royal Blood Gin is the savoury sensation that is her navy strength gin. Something a bit special, complex with a lingering cardamom heat, at 57.2% it has a bit of a kick. Herbal aromas and flavours from the rosemary and bay leaf are seasoned with Australian sea parsley, saltbush and roasted wattle seed giving plenty of good mouthfeel. Tasting Note Juniper forward, dry, slightly citrus, and extremely savoury. With herbal and aromatic characters of fresh vapour distilled rosemary leaf, supported by bay leaf, olive leaf and black peppercorns, that are amplified by the Australian natives of spicy mountain pepper leaf, fragrant and savoury salt bush and salty sea parsley. A bold amount of roasted native wattle seeds lengthens the finish and exaggerates the heat of green cardamom. A winner in a dry Martini and a Dirty G&T with a slice of apple to garnish.

Impression Bay Distillery is located on the beautiful Tasman Peninsula, Tasmania. Our First Impression Gin is made in the London Dry style and incorporates not only traditional botanicals including juniper, cardamom, coriander, cassia bark and lemon myrtle but also our three, fresh, locally grown aromatic botanicals, Mountain Pepper berry, Saltbush and Kunzea. These botanicals are vapour infused in the last stages of distillation in our German still, preserving their subtle aromas and flavours. First Impression Gin is smooth, well balanced and unlike some other gins, crafted to be enjoyed neat or on the rocks. 42%ABV.

Poltergeist Gin is produced in small batches at the historic Shene Distillery in Pontville, Tasmania. Poltergeist Unfiltered retains the full flavour profile of all twelve botanicals, completely covering the front, middle and back of the pallet with a long lingering finish. It may ghost over ice due to the density of flavouring oils derived from the botanicals. The flavour profile is earthy and robust, and the balance of brawny botanicals like liquorice root, cardamom, orris root and Tasmanian pepper berries, with the more traditional citrus and nutty gin flavours, is unique. Drink it straight over ice, in a classic martini or a negroni.
