Spring Bay Tasmanian Pink Gin

Family owned Distillery located in Spring Bay Tasmania. Botanicals: 11 including 3 local botanicals (Native Bush Pepper, Lemon Myrtle, Tasmanian Wattleseed). Botanicals are steeped for 24 to 48 hours then additional Juniper and Liquorice Root are vapour infused in the neck of our copper pot still to give a traditional Juniper flavour at the front of the palate through to a sweet liquorice finish. This gin is triple distilled giving the spirit an ultra-smooth flavour despite the higher than normal ABV. Nose: Immediate sweet floral notes of juniper, liquorice and spice. Palate: From a bright and sweet juniper opening, the flavours build across the palate to include perfumed floral notes, bright citrus and a crescendo culminating in a big, warm and comforting glow of star anise and liquorice root. Finish: A round smooth mouthfeel from this oily spirit gives way to a fine clean finish of liquorice and spice.

Knocklofty Tasmanian Raspberry Garden Gin

Knocklofty makes its own ethanol from organic raw sugar. Knocklofty Garden Gin is made with seasonal, surplus fruit and berries rescued from local gardens and farms. The fruits and berries are steeped in their gin to provide a unique, natural taste.

Lawrenny Van Diemens Tasmanian Gin

Inspiration for Van Diemens Gin has been taken from the surrounds of the distillery, using botanicals grown within Lawrennys own orchard, including strawberries and almonds, as well as lime flowers, that blossom as the distillery transitions from the harsh winter and blooms into spring. Van Diemens profile reflects a bright, sunny spring day at the Estate. The fruity notes bloom from the glass and the fresh herbal fragrances intertwine with the soft, sweet palate leaving you with a lingering finish that ensures you will be coming back for more.

Entirely made by hand, Lark consistently distills some of the worlds most prized Whiskies, with no more than 100 litres at a time. Unique botanicals such as fresh mangos, fresh raspberries and organic white grapefruit juice form a fruity and unconventional backbone, complimented with sweet piney juniper and warm cassia. refreshing strawberry gum and river mint shine through. Tasting Note: Lighter and more delicate in flavour, not alcoholic strength. With a gentle piney juniper and dry coriander seed base lifted up by fresh Australian mangos, raspberries, and white grapefruit juice to create a lively character. Highlighted by the delicate floral flavours of red rose petals and lavender, and warmed by cassia bark. Australian native botanicals of strawberry gum, lilli pilli and river-mint give a gentle, sweet, berry like element and deliciously refreshing. Superb in a G&T, terrific in fruity cocktails and easy to drink with soda water.
