The Fresh Pick Shiraz is picked two weeks earlier than our normal Shiraz. This means it has vibrant red fruits with musk aromas and ayouthful bright berry palate. We have chosen to make the Fresh Pick Shiraz as it’s a summer red wine that could even be served chilled at a barbeque. We call it Flavabom because it is an explosion of aromasand fruit in the red fruit spectrum.
