Packaged in it's iconic spherical bottle, Chambord is a regal liqueur that is derived from the richest black raspberries and then concentrated into liqueur form. A must have in any drinks cabinet it is a regular in cocktail circles.

In 1865, inspired by a decorative handle of his offi ce window, Maurice Hennessy created the now-famous star symbol that he would use to classify his Cognacs. Thus was born the 3- Star Cognac, better known today as Hennessy VS which is a complex blend of more than forty eaux-de-vie (brandy parcels) from the four premier growing areas of the Cognac region.

Organic. As always, this was drawn from mature, 35- to 40-year-old vines rooted entirely in the limestone soils of Chavignol. The multiple sites are largely sloping vineyards on the lower flanks of the Chavignol hillside terroirs of Les Chasseignes, Les Longues Fins and La Rue de Vaux. Importantly, Boulay also includes fruit from his younger vines growing on the great hillsides of Clos de Beaujeu, Monts Damnés and La Grande Côte. The juice was naturally fermented and aged for nine months in tank on lees, with a small volume also fermented in a single large wooden cask.

And we do not add any refined sugar or syrup, instead we naturally sweeten our liqueur with a natural brown sugar (cane sugar) in order to respect the Rosolio production process as it was back in the 15th Century. The House of Hine stands on the banks of the River Charente, deep in Cognac country. It is one of the oldest cognac houses in Jarnac with over 250 years of history. In 1962 the House of Hine was awarded a royal warrant by appointment to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, and remains the only official supplier of cognac to the British monarchy.
