Peter Lehmann, icon of the Barossa Valley, has been churning out award winning Rieslings like it's childs play recently. The Wigan Riesling with all its lifted aromatics of citrus and white flowers followed by a complex palate that lingers has again picked up award and award.

The Wittmanns and their ancestors have been wine-growers in southern Rheinhessen since 1663. With fruit from vineyards on either side of the Tamar Valley, this wine shows why everyone is mad for Tasmania Pinot Noir. Deeply coloured and with a heady perfume of flowers and dark cherries, it has concentrated berry fruit flavours with satisfying charry oak, velvety tannin and a long finish.

Richard Angove was very lucky to have grown up in a winemaking family. Since 1886, five generations of his family have worked in winemaking and grape growing. In 2008 he worked harvest in the beautiful Tamar Valley in northern Tasmania. He just loved the landscape, vineyards and flavours of the wines. Many years later when the opportunity arose to work with a number of small growers to create a range of small batch wines, he could not resist the opportunity, and so Lost Farm Wines was born.
