An off-dry lower alcohol style, Felton Roads Bannockburn Riesling displays floral lift and fleshy stone fruit richness balanced by taut racy acidity. The fruit comes from Calvert & The Elms vineyards in the Bannockburn sub-region of Central Otago. The grapes are whole bunch pressed and fermented with indigenous yeasts, with the ferment arrested when the desired balance between acidity, alcohol and residual sugar is reached.

The St Andrews range from Taylors fly the flag for the iconic South Australian winery. The ultra premium wines are the true expression of the winemaking talents and terroir in which the fruit in grown. The Riesling has taken a little time to develop, but is now showing brilliant lime, citrus and tropical fruit balanced with cutting acidity.

The Rêveur portrays every winemakers life endeavour - the dream of one day crafting the perfect Pinot Noir. Nick Glaetzer hands on winemaking experiences both home and abroad (including a stint in Burgundy) have been applied to this elegant and complex Tasmanian Pinot Noir. A luscious nose of strawberries, plums and savoury spice lead to the supple palate, full of cherry and blackberry flavours. Balanced tannin complete the wine.

The delicate perfume of lime blossom, jasmine and quince accompanies layers of spice, white peach and pear notes. There is great focus and fine phenolic texture through the palate, with juicy acidity lending persistence. Medium-dry in style, this is wine delicious now, but will also reward those who cellar it. Grosset Springvale Riesling from the Clare Valley sub-region of Watervale, takes its name from the Springvale Road vineyard located in the highest part of Watervale. Jeff Grosset's six hectare vineyard produces a wine full of ethereal aromatics, fragrant lemongrass and freshly squeezed lime. Pure lemon flavours over wet pebbles show on the palate that is accented by the wonderful minerality that is the signature of Grosset.

Richard Angove was very lucky to have grown up in a winemaking family. Since 1886, five generations of his family have worked in winemaking and grape growing. In 2008 he worked harvest in the beautiful Tamar Valley in northern Tasmania. He just loved the landscape, vineyards and flavours of the wines. Many years later when the opportunity arose to work with a number of small growers to create a range of small batch wines, he could not resist the opportunity, and so Lost Farm Wines was born.

A masterful Tassie Chardonnay that screams premium quality. Flinty and zesty, nutty and oaky - seriously delicious.
