Take It To The Grave Pinot Noir is blood red in colour with a lifted and varietal nose of wild strawberries, ripe plums and cherries. The palate is rich and expressive with supple cherry and red berried fruit, a beautifully lush mouth-feel matched by fine tannins and soft acidity that provide structure and length.

The Adelaide Hills, particularly Woodside, is perfectly situated to produce quality Pinot Noir Rose. Carefully nurtured by the winemaking team, this wine is fresh and lively with lifted strawberry aromas. Serve chilled.

Heirloom’s mission is to preserve and champion South Australia’s unique old vineyards and varieties. Along the way, they’re turning out some simply outstanding wines. With a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, the bouquet offers delightful lifted aromas of strawberry, lemon citrus and underlying notes of biscotti. The palate is elegant and well integrated displaying intense strawberry, nectarine and cashew characters enhanced by partial malolactic fermentation and extended time on yeast lees. The natural acidity provides excellent structure and finesse, with a mouthwatering citrus and nougat finish.

Sidewood Sparkling Pinot Noir is sourced from a single vineyard in the cool climate region of the Adelaide Hills. Grapes were selected from low yielding vines and chilled in our cold rooms within an hour of picking, before being gently pressed. Free run juice was then fermented with partial malolactic and extended time on lees prior to secondary fermentation and bottling at our winery at Nairne. This 100% Pinot Noir wine has tantalising aromas of fresh strawberry, wild raspberries and dried fig. The palate is round and beautifully balanced. Intense flavours of cherry, white peach and strawberries are matched with a crisp minerality and a touch of brioche. The natural acidity provides excellent structure and finesse with a luscious, generous mouth feel.

This Adelaide Hills Rose is crisp and refreshing, with berry fruits and a lovely persistence of flavour and acidity. Aromas of fresh strawberries, raspberries and lifted floral perfumes create a pretty pink wine, perfect with fresh seafood or a platter of spicy charcuterie.

The Serafino Bellissimo Pinot Grigio is a bright, zesty refreshing white wine with hints of citrus blossom, ginger and nashi pear.
