Hungerford Hill's latest Moscato release ticks all the boxes for the style, being an attractive pink colour, with refreshing effervescence balancing the sweet fruit.Pale orange pink. Stonefruit, lychee and candied mango aromas. Very sweet and jubey with layers of red apple, peach and orange rind, creamy mousse and bubble, and a sweet confectionary finish.

The Italian grape, Fiano, is one of Australia's key alternate grape varieties. It is perfectly suited to the climate of the Hunter Valley. An unwooded style, the wine has intense varietal characteristics with aromas of pear and spice. The palate is perfectly balanced between fruit intensity and textural elements from the solids ferment, with a brisk acidity. A food friendly wine ready for immediate enjoyment. Plush and lifted aromas of peach, melon and sweet oak. Very traditional and full-bodied, with a sweet, plush and juicy mix of stonefruit and vanilla biscuit, velvety acidity and plenty of oak in balance with the rich fruit.

Subtle aromas of vanillin oak and melon, with a hint of green pear. Oak and fruit are well balanced. A rich fruit palate combines with a creamy texture from the French Oak treatment. The aftertaste is clean, with lingering peach flavours. Drinks well now, but will continue to improve with 3-4 years further cellaring.

Majority French oak is used to mature a wine that has flavours of intense cherries and violets overlapping powerful mulberry and that traditional Hunter character of forest floor and earth.

De Iuiis Hunter Valley Semillon has lifted tropical fruits and citrus characters that dominate the aroma, while excellent natural acidity adds balance and length of flavour.

Poole's Rock Chardonnay gives refreshing zesty flavours, lime juice, lemon zest, lemon grass, green melon, kiwi fruit with a lingering mineral line down the palate, a fresh mouth watering aftertaste.
