Buller Victoria Malmsey
Established in 1921, the Buller name is synonymous with fortified production from Rutherglen, situated in North East Victoria. Golden in colour and showing a certain richness, it finishes clean and fresh.
Chambers Rutherglen Dry Flor Apera
Fresh and dry, average of five to eight years. Doesn't exhibit all the typical Flor characteristics, but carries great length, and quite a refreshing finish.
Hip Sip Tawny
Hip Sip is matured in old oak barrels, which integrated well with the ripe berry fruits and generous mouth fill on the palate. Its is blended skilfully across a number of vintages to obtain the optimum colour and complexity in taste, sweet and nutty. Ideal as after dinner nips or with cheese platters.

Since 1921 Buller have been producing fortified wines of opulence and concentration using the traditional solera method. This Fine Old Tawny shows all the characteristics of a quality oak regime; a deep mahogany colour, wonderful spicy, complex flavours and delicate dry finish. Buller have been producers of some of Rutherglen's most opulent and concentration fortified wines since 1921. Their Fine Old Tokay is a delicious example with a myriad of flavours that include caramel, toffee, Christmas cake and golden syrup. With access to many years of reserve stock, it is remarkable that Buller can make wines of such pedigree and flavour for such a brilliant price.

Cockburn's Special Reserve Port
Established by Scotsman Robert Cockburn in 1815, who returned to Portugal after first visiting the country as a soldier fighting under Wellington in the Napoleonic Wars. Cockburn's vineyard holdings are some of the largest in the Douro region which gives the house valuable flexibility in selecting only the very best fruit for their ports. This Special Reserve Port is a mature off-dry style with a 'vintage character' of dried plums, walnuts and tobacco aromas and a palate that is soft and mellow with a nice, long length.
