Quinta do Noval Vintage Port

Quinta do Noval is the go to Port house for those who prefer VP in a more elegant guise. 1995 was a terrific year at Noval and now almost 20 years old, it is a beautifully balanced and supple wine with a lush, plump texture and smooth, round tannins. Intense flavours of plums, raisins and dark chocolate abound with a hint of secondary development now peaking through.

Founded in 1815, Dolin is among the few remaining independent producers of Vermouth in the world and the last producing Vermouth de Chambery, still made according to the principles which earned Chambery, France's only A.O. The dry vermouth is light, fresh and clean made from a delicate wine base and more than thirty Alpine herbs. From its start in 1821, it has long been the benchmark for fine French Vermouth.

Proud to introduce their "reserve" level Pedro Ximenez, La Cilla, to our range, this exotic Sherry is made using sun-dried racking which emparts a luscious rainened flavour up front. On the wonderfully viscous palate, sultana flavours come to the fore with obvious notes of caramel. The wine though is beautifully balanced with sweetness that is not over the top in any way. Perfect served over some rich vanilla bean ice-cream!
