Before undergoing a 100% natural fermentation, our ginger beer is gently soured with our house culture, reviving traditional farmhouse methods. Lightly hopped for aroma, a healthy load of fresh Australian ginger provides serious bite and sessionalable dry finish.

A fresh new look deserves a refreshing new member to the family. Introducing Refreshing Ale; a light, well-balanced, easy-drinking and highly sessionable Ale just in time for Summer. Premium Australian Malt and Hops combine to produce a delicately balanced cool fermented Ale, with crisp passionfruit notes and a subtle biscuit malt finish. This Ale delivers total refreshment and a superior clean flavour.

Classic Premium Lager 4.7%With nothing to hide behind, this classic German-style pale lager is clean, malty, and slightly bitter, with a subtle, slightly spicy and floral aroma. A truly refreshing, every-day premium lager.

Crisp Session Ale 3.5%A truly refreshing and crisp session ale with a mild fruity hop presence. A mashup of barley, wheat and oat malts provides a soft and full flavour balanced by a touch of bitterness in the finish. An all day, all night beer.

Wilde Gluten Free presents as a golden Pale Ale. Careful selection of hop variety gives the beer a citrus and pine character in the aroma with floral hints which rounds out the beer, with a bitter but clean, flavoursome finish. A slight tartness from the malt balances nicely with the bitterness, giving a lift that leaves you wanting more. The beer has been crafted with no added sugar, colour, nor preservatives.
