Our apples are cold-pressed & unpasteurized to create a juice that is fit for Atalanta, the goddess of the golden apple herself. We then take this juice and ferment it to create a sparkling cider that falls somewhere between the classic 'sweet' and 'dry'.What were left with is an easy to drink crisp cider. To the nose, the key word that comes directly to mind is freshness, but also finesse thanks to the yellow citrus aromas that emerge. The end note is straight and free of harshness, with a well-controlled dosage that leaves no impression of sweetness.
