The Schilds are the oldest family- owned grape growers in the Barossa Valley, and they are custodians of vineyards home to some of the oldest vines in the world – up to 170 years old. Lone Palm Vineyard established in 1992, located at South of Marananga, the heart of Barossa Valley. A vineyard of many different sites and a lone palm tree standing next to the settlers cottage built in the late 1800s from where the name originates. Hillside block has opulent sunshine, enough precipitation and rich soil. Using hand pick, high-quality French oak and traditional winemaking to produce dark, fruity, full-bodied premium Shiraz. The 2017 Lone Palm Hillside Shiraz was sourced from one of our best West facing hillside block, located at South of Marananga, the heart of Barossa. The wine was aged in French and American oak for at least 18 months. Dark ruby colored, the nose reveals rich dark fruit, blood plumbs, blackberry, and blueberry with dark chocolate, mineral and licorice. Full-bodied and elegant, the wine offers layers of deep flavors, outstanding depth, and a long, smooth finish. The wine will comfortably cellar for the next 12-15 years.

Elderton is one of Australia's great Shiraz producers, year in and year out. Brimming with ripe juicy blood-plum and chocolate flavours, this is almost like Black Forest cake in a bottle!

The Bishop has the fingerprints of Ben and his father Colin all over it. Ripe, rich, concentrated and supremely complex, the Bishop is the wine for all those full-bodied red fans out there. Ripe liqueur cherries on the nose compete for attention with vanilla, mocha and coffee aromas while the palate is full of sweet berry fruit flavour and a soft, luscious finish that seems to persist for an age. While exuberant and lively when young, the Bishop is known to handle medium term cellaring extremely well and reward any with the patience.

St Hallett's Blackwell is big Shiraz for the lovers of ripe concentrated fruit and a generous measure of vanillin oak. A classic regional style, enjoy this beauty with robust beef or game dishes.

Peter Lehmann was the fifth generation of one of Barossa's pioneering families and is regarded as a legend of Australian wine. The winery is rated as a 5 star winery by James Halliday and the wines consistently demonstrate the diversity of the Barossa Valley region. The 8 Songs Shiraz is deep red in colour with a black core and a bouquet of charcoal chocolate notes with dark plum and mocha, finishing with soft velvety tannins and rich opulent fruit on the palate. Opulent fruit and velvety tannins creates an elegant expression of Barossa Shiraz at its sensuous best.

Spinifex Esprit is a Grenache Mataro blend that has a vibrant, youthful and fresh palate driven by a tangy herb infused line of red fruit red currant, sour red plum, pomegranate and marjoram that gains warmth and depth turning to tobacco, game, cedar and darker fruit to close. Pulpy, fleshy fruit is drawn long with plum skin acids and stony tannins.

Dark red with purple hue, this intense Barossa valley Shiraz showcases the purity of fruit which is in perfect harmony with the sweet American oak. The palate is full and juicy with firm tannins, subtle coffee and bay leaf undertones that leads to a long finish. Drink this premium drop now or cellar it for up to 10 years.

Chris Ringland Shiraz 2005 represents an outstanding expression from the vineyard. The vine is powerful, voluptuous and ripe, yet the tannins are plush and mature, with moderate acidity. This vintage will have great longevity potential.

Established in 1890, Château Tanunda sits upon the site that saw the first plantings in the Barossa Valley, back in the 1840's. The grand château itself is a heritage icon and has recently been restored to it former glory. 'The Château' Shiraz is sourced solely from the Vine Vale vineyard and after picking spent 10 days on its own skins to extract colour, flavour and tannin. 18 months in a mixture of old and new French and American barriques and hogheads has produced a wine of opulence and serious concentration while still retaining balance and elegance.
