This deep red Shiraz is filled with aromas of blackberry and plum intergrated with toasty vanillian oak. The Knappstein Malbec showcases vibrant varietal aromas of dark plum and raspberry with a dose of fresh cherry. Generous, yet delicate tannins provide the wine with body, enhanced with subtle oak. Fruit is complimented with sweet cinnamon and spice characters, framing the wine for a long finish.

Tucked away nicely in the Adelaide Hills, Sidewood Estate have made an art form out of crafting some of the very best single vineyard cool-climate wines available in Australia. Owen and Cassandra Inglis purchased the boutique property in 2004 and immediately set about making their vision become a reality. Their Sidewood Shiraz displays that vision to perfection. The captivating bouquet of this delicious wine exudes fragrances of plums and ripe raspberries. The medium-bodied palate is juicy, with a subtle mouthfeel of tannins. The finish is long, marked by flavours of spice and fruitcake on maturation. The wine can be enjoyed young with dishes like Beef Rendang, or beef and olive empanadas.

This pleasingly rich and unusual blend of Grenache and Cabernet Franc from the Clare Valley offers a bouquet of ripe cherries and plums. The palate shows spicy fruit flavour and soft tannins.
