Taylors Jaraman Shiraz continues the long tradition of producing flavour rich red wines from premium vineyards across South Australia. This Shiraz is sourced from the Clare Valley and McLaren Vale regions and brings a little bit from both worlds with rich, foreboding fruit from McLaren working in harmony with the aromatic and textured Clare Valley fruit. Delicious today, yet will cellar nicely for the medium term.

It’s no surprise this style won Gold. The Barry Family are legends in the Clare Valley, and have used their rich soils and expert skills to produce this truly stunning 100% malbec. Aromas of violets, redcurrants, maraschino cherries and lavender flood the nose. The flavours are plentiful with blueberries, liquorice, violets, dark chocolate and black tea. The wine is full of energy and juicy fruit supported by fine gravelly tannins and fresh cranberry juice acidity. This 100% Malbec shows the potential of the variety to stand on its own and produce a delicious wine with vibrancy and elegance. The first vineyard that my grandfather, Jim Barry, planted in 1964 at our Armagh property was Malbec (900 vines). Since that time, Malbec has played an important part in our winemaking journey and is predominantly blended with Cabernet Sauvignon. Longviews Shiraz has all the hallmarks of a cool-climate style - spicy, savoury with crunchy berry fruit. The Barbera provides a juicy, cherry-like brightness and taut acid backbone that gives the wine wonderful structure.

The Aromantiques GSM combine seductive cherry blossom, black plum and cinnamon in a masterful blend of McLaren Vale Grenache, Langhorne Creek Shiraz and Barossa Valley Mataro.

The deep and bright plum colour of Sevenhill Inigo Merlot is owed to pampered care, patience and grooming given to this Clare Valley varietal. The captivating bouquet of this delicious wine exudes fragrances of plums and ripe raspberries. The medium-bodied palate is juicy, with a subtle mouthfeel of tannins. The finish is long, marked by flavours of spice and fruitcake on maturation. The wine can be enjoyed young with dishes like Beef Rendang, or beef and olive empanadas.

The classic Australian blend of Cabernet and Shiraz. The best parcels of both varieties are matured in predominantly new French Oak and blended just prior to bottling. A very powerful and intense wine that combines the rich berry fruit flavours of Cabernet and spicy Shiraz

A densely layered wine, Mitchell Peppertree Shiraz will be a reward for cellaring. Spice and savoury characters are the features of this wine along with hints of plum blackberry and chocolate. Being packaged under stelvin a big bonus!

Shiraz Cabernet is an Australian classic blend which brings together the dark berry spice notes of Shiraz and the savoury structure of Cabernet Sauvignon. This blend exudes vibrant berry fruit characteristics with mocha and dark chocolate on the palate. It is flavoursome, rich and balanced with integrated oak and a long smooth finish. This is a distinctive Longview wine which has all the attributes that define our Adelaide Hills single vineyard.
