Introducing Cedar Fox Distilling Co, a newcomer to the Australian independent spirits space with the release of its gin. A savoury dry gin with peppery fragrant earthy aromas, it incorporates urban botanicals such as Juniper Berries, Coriander Seed, Lemon Peel, Lebanese Cucumber, Sichuan Peppercorn, Lemon Verbena and Rosemary. Lobo Cider started with some of their lovely cider, a conversation with a renowned whiskey maker, and a bit of dreaming. Sometime later with cider double distilled in the copper pot, then aged in French oak barrels for three years, and careful blending, they are proud to release a superb South Australian Apple Brandy. In France apple brandy is known as Calvados. You can call this one Lobodos! Twice the wolf.

A traditional Scandinavian spirit which has been adapted for Australia. It contains caraway, dill, fennel, star anise and juniper, giving it a unique aniseed flavour and dry finish.

Wrath is not a gin for the faint hearted. With a juniper and coriander base it contains stinging nettles, devils claw and skullcap with generous amounts of native mountain pepper berries for spicy hotness.

Highlighted by the delicate floral flavours of red rose petals and lavender, and warmed by cassia bark. Australian native botanicals of strawberry gum, lilli pilli and river-mint give a gentle, sweet, berry like element and deliciously refreshing. Superb in a G&T, terrific in fruity cocktails and easy to drink with soda water.

A premium seasonal gin made in the style of English sloe gin, supplanting handpicked local Mulberries in the place of the traditional sloes. Local mulberries are steeped in the gin, then pressed by hand; final steps include light filtering before bottling. Naturally sweet, rich and smooth mulberry flavours distinguish this elegant gin. Served with fresh lemon juice, soda/bitter lemon and garnished with fresh berries, mint or basil.
