Our bespoke gin is made from scratch in small batches in Tasmania. Carefully distilled from a premium grape base, pure Tasmanian water and a unique blend of Tasmanian grown and internationally sourced botanicals. Layered notes of green cardamom, fresh lime and lemon, juniper (organic), coriander, a hint of white peppercorn and three cuts of rose makes our gin ideal for creating your favourite cocktail or sipping slowly over ice.

Our Citrus and Sea Gin is inspired by the lands and waters around us. Native and seasonal local botanicals are featured to create a fresh, bold and balanced spirit; perfect for cocktails or to be enjoyed neat. We love it and hope you will too.

Burly Cucumber Gin is produced in hand crafted sets of bespoke stills at our artisan distillery in Burleigh Heads. Infusions of fresh seedless Lebanese cucumbers and a combination of premium ingredients come together to achieve the unique flavour profile of our double distilled gin. The aroma of a 'cool as a cucumber' variant is a pronounced cucumber and melon, supported by juniper and spice. The palate exhibits the same flavours along with vanilla and sweet peppery notes. With a smooth mouthfeel and aftertaste softening the alcohol, it lends itself to enjoying straight 'on the rocks', or in the cocktail of your preference, ideally with a slice of cucumber and a sprig of mint leaves. That Spirited Lot's 'Island Flower Gin' is inspired by co-founder Kate's travels to Southern Japan & Okinawa Islands. The gentle pink colour of the spirit is achieved by maceration of hibiscus flowers post-distillation. Hibiscus is a symbol of the Okinawa Islands blooming all year round.

Traditionally favoured by Indigenous societies for their medicinal benefits and protein content, native Green Ants are a unique bush tucker hand harvested in the Northern Territory by the Motlop family of the Larrakia people. The Green Ants display vibrant coriander and kaffir lime leaf flavours, with a citrus and lime burst on the palate further enhanced by Finger Lime. Native Juniper (Boobialla) is evident in the floral, perfumed aromatics, while spicy notes of Pepper Berry balance the citrus flavours. Strawberry Gum, Lemon Myrtle and Anise Myrtle provide green, leafy herbaceous characters which replicate traditional English Juniper resin characters.
