Poor Toms Fool's Cut at 52% is for audacious gin drinkers looking for a spirit with strong Juniper presence. In looking to create a gin with enough presence to shine in strong cocktails, the more delicate, floral botanicals have been left out. So it's adios strawberry gum leaf, granny smith apples, lemon myrtle and dried chamomile, and hello loads of juniper and the earthy depth of liquorice root.

Our Bespoke Gin is made from scratch in small batches in Tasmania. Carefully distilled from a premium grape base, pure Tasmanian water and a unique blend of Tasmanian grown (fresh Lime and Rose) and internationally sourced botanicals (twelve total Botanicals)

Our tropical take on a traditional sloe gin; swapping sloe berries for locally grown Far North Queensland Davidson Plums. The plums are steeped for up to 3 months to produce a truly unique sloe style gin. With an earthy aroma that is reminiscent of plum jam, stewed rhubarb and a touch of sweetness. Handcrafted in Cairns, containing thirteen botanicals. The dry botanicals are steeped overnight - juniper, coriander seed, anjelica root, cinnamon, lemon myrtle, Tasmanian pepperberry, cardamom and macadamia. Locally sourced ruby grapefruit, mango, finger lime, lavender and mint are vapour infused in the gin basket.The result is a perfectly balanced citrus-for-ward summer gin. Lobo Cider started with some of their lovely cider, a conversation with a renowned whiskey maker, and a bit of dreaming. Sometime later with cider double distilled in the copper pot, then aged in French oak barrels for three years, and careful blending, they are proud to release a superb South Australian Apple Brandy. In France apple brandy is known as Calvados. You can call this one Lobodos! Twice the wolf.

Family owned Distillery located in Spring Bay Tasmania. Botanicals: 11 including 3 local botanicals (Native Bush Pepper, Lemon Myrtle, Tasmanian Wattleseed). Botanicals are steeped for 24 to 48 hours then additional Juniper and Liquorice Root are vapour infused in the neck of our copper pot still to give a traditional Juniper flavour at the front of the palate through to a sweet liquorice finish. This gin is triple distilled giving the spirit an ultra-smooth flavour despite the higher than normal ABV. Nose: Immediate sweet floral notes of juniper, liquorice and spice. Palate: From a bright and sweet juniper opening, the flavours build across the palate to include perfumed floral notes, bright citrus and a crescendo culminating in a big, warm and comforting glow of star anise and liquorice root. Finish: A round smooth mouthfeel from this oily spirit gives way to a fine clean finish of liquorice and spice.

Poltergeist Gin is produced in small batches at the historic Shene Distillery in Pontville, Tasmania. Poltergeist Unfiltered retains the full flavour profile of all twelve botanicals, completely covering the front, middle and back of the pallet with a long lingering finish. It may ghost over ice due to the density of flavouring oils derived from the botanicals. The flavour profile is earthy and robust, and the balance of brawny botanicals like liquorice root, cardamom, orris root and Tasmanian pepper berries, with the more traditional citrus and nutty gin flavours, is unique. Drink it straight over ice, in a classic martini or a negroni.
